Russel was able to come out earlier than expected which was great. He identified the problem quickly, was very professional and stands behind his work. I will definitely hire him again.

Our old water heater sprung a leak, filled out the HA form. No more than ten minutes later Russ called. He said he could come by next morning, check the job out. The tank was shot. He gave us a price for the total job and said he could do the job today, we agreed on the price, he went after the new tank and parts needed. He changed the tank in about 2hrs. Russ is very polite and workman like. We will use him again and recommend him to others.

He was very efficient and went above and beyond to fix a leaky faucet/replace the cartridge and install a new handle.
